Vista Encantada Realtors
A boutique brokerage site combining personal local positioning with full property search through MIS’s own Add On IDX platform.
Vista Encantada translates roughly as “enchanting view,” which is both the company’s name and its view of New Mexico. Qualified broker Kurstin Johnson founded the firm in 1999 and has kept it deliberately small. The value of the boutique model is knowing who represents you.
The search has to be there
Property search is essential on a brokerage site. Without it, visitors leave for a national portal, where their inquiry may be sold back to a local agent.
We built Add On IDX to give independent brokerages another option. Typical MLS tools either send visitors into a poorly branded hosted interface or require a custom integration priced for a much larger firm.
Add On IDX keeps a fast, fully branded search on the brokerage’s own site. Vista Encantada offers both local listings and global search through its Leading Real Estate Companies of the World affiliation.
Boutique is a claim you have to earn
Personal service can easily become an unsupported slogan. A wall of undifferentiated listings would contradict the firm’s boutique positioning, even if the copy claimed otherwise.
We gave the team, testimonials, and local writing prominent places in the structure. The site also explains Vista Encantada’s work with US Military on the Move and Leading RE Heroes, a meaningful point of connection in a state with a substantial military presence.
The main site runs on Webflow, with Add On IDX handling the property-search experience.
