Add On AI Chat

Add On AI Chat is our own AI support and lead-capture product for small businesses and nonprofits. It answers routine questions from a company’s website content, works outside office hours, and turns conversations that need a person into leads with the context attached.

The available products were built for larger teams

We looked at the existing AI chat products before building another one. Most were too expensive for the organizations we work with and carried long lists of features that made setup and pricing harder to understand. Small businesses and nonprofits did not need another enterprise support platform. They needed a reliable way to answer common questions on the website they already had.

That became the brief: keep the product focused, make the setup part of the service, and do not ask a small team to become an AI administrator.

Answers grounded in the business

Add On AI Chat learns from the client’s own website instead of answering from general knowledge. It handles questions about services, hours, locations, coverage areas, pricing information, and booking when those answers exist in the source material. When a conversation goes beyond what it knows, the widget captures the inquiry for follow-up rather than inventing a response.

The installation is intentionally separate from the website platform. A small code snippet adds the widget to WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, Framer, Weebly, or another existing site, so adopting it does not require a rebuild.

We launched Add On AI Chat in 2026 as a done-for-you product. MIS installs it, connects the right content, and tunes the behavior. The customer gets a useful support tool without taking on the complexity that prompted us to build it in the first place.
